  • HOW LONG TO SEE RESULTS?

    • At least 3-4 months of consistent training! Consistency + Effort = Results

  • DO YOU OFFER ​​SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING?

    • While sports specific training is a hot commodity currently, we believe the vast majority of athletes specialize before they are ready. We ensure they have a solid foundation of general attributes such as strength, mobility, speed, and power before we specialize. This foundation allows us to specialize down the road and be much more successful, prevent injuries, and increase athletic potential. ​

  • MY CHILD NEEDS TO GET FASTER, SHOULD I DO STRENGTH TRAINING?

    • YES, YES, YES. Speed/quickness is so much more than just speed training. A well rounded strength program is needed.​

  • SHOULD I DO SPEED & AGILITY OR THE STRENGTH SESSION?

    • Speed & Agility​ is designed for athletes who are already lifting at school. 

    • Strength training incorporates speed, quickness, strength. Everything you need to be a well rounded athlete. 

  • DO WE OFFER SIBLING DISCOUNTS?

    • We do! We manage discounts on a case by case basis.

  • WHAT WILL WE FOCUS ON IN OUR SESSIONS?

    • We will focus on foundational principles such as, mobility, agility, proprioception, tracking, stability, etc to ensure a more successful athletic career in high school. Our goal is to enhance the future athlete not to burnout your child. ​

  • HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK SHOULD WE COME?

    • It really depends on how busy they are with other sports! If they are on a club basketball team and playing soccer I would not recommend​ more than 1 day. If they are not as busy 2-3 days a week may be a better option. The goal is not to overdo it. 

  • WILL YOU ADD MORE SESSIONS?

    • As we continue to grow and demand increases we will add classes as we are able.
