Our Youth Development Program is unique due to our focus on developing foundational movement patterns through a fun and game like atmosphere.

We focus on foundational skills like sprinting, change of direction, agility, rolling, jumping, catching, throwing, and tracking.

Kids at this age DO NOT need specialized sports training. They DO need basic foundational movement training to ensure successful training in the future.
MIDDLE SCHOOL FOUNDATIONS

Our Middle School Foundations Program is designed to provide a solid framework for them to enter a high school weight room.

We focus on basic foundational movements such as pressing, pulling, squatting, hinging, jumping, and sprinting.

We want to ensure that our middle school athletes are prepared to enter the high school weight room safely and efficiently.
HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS PERFORMANCE

These are our most comprehensive and in depth programs, designed to train everything needed to be the best athlete you can be.

We focus on all the attributes required by sports such as: speed, strength, power, agility, explosiveness, hypertrophy, mobility, and injury mitigation.
COLLEGE SPORTS PERFORMANCE
